Write a RAGE journal!!

Yes, you read that right, a rage journal…

Get all of that negativity, anger , self doubt, frustration, pain out of your body & onto paper.

Don’t hold back on your emotions, let them out by writing down everything you need to say, think, feel.

Release those negative energies, let it all out, get unstuck & don’t give a F*@k about what comes out, it needs to be cleared. Then once done, rip that paper up & throw it away, get rid of it, out of your mind, out of your body, out of your life.

This is a really helpful way of getting clear of all of those stuck, negative emotions, helping you to feel lighter & more balanced, by letting go & giving yourself permission to let go without judgement.
