Berry Protein Breakfast Bowel

Start your day with this high protein, bowl of goodness. to nourish your body & set you up for the day.

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

Scoop of high protein powder (your favourite flavour)

Scoop of collagen powder

1/2 cup of kefir yoghurt

1/2 tsp berry powder

Tsp honey

Cup of berries

2 tbsp mixed seeds

1/2 tsp grind tyrmeric

Dash of almond milk

Method;

1: Mix the seeds with the turmeric & toast in a pan for a couple of minutes

2: Put the 3 powders in a bowl & mix

3: Add in the yogurt & give a good whisk together, adding some milk to loosen

4: Too with the berries

5: Sprinkle over the seeds

6: Squeeze over the honey

7: Enjoy
