Muscles, bones, skin, brain, gut healthy goodness all in 1 sitting.
I tend to have this as a breakfast or lunch.
Ingredients:
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Tbsp flaxseed
Tsp collagen
Stick celery
1/4 cucumber
Handful of spinach
Handful of kale
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 apple
1/4 avocado
3?tbsp kefir
Grated ginger
Grated turmeric
Filtered water to loosen
Method:
Chop it down
Put it all in smoothie blender
Blitz
Enjoy
