Place your hand on your abdamin & breath deeply into the area your hand is placed. This is diaphragmatic breath.
This deep breath will help to change & regulate your nervous system.
If we are living in a shallow breath state, then we are stressing our nervous system & can be more anxious & in fight or flight mode.
This can easily be shifted, by taking the time throughout the day to notice your breath, if your breath is shall, simply place your hand on your stomach & start to breathing into that area, with slow, long, deep ihhales & exhales. Slowing your breathing rate & reducing your bodies demand for oxygen.
Relax, Inhale slowly & breathe deeply through your nose, expand your abdomen & release the breath slowly out your mouth, bringing you into your parasympathetic nervous system & making you feel centred & calm.
