Movement Medicine

Being sat down a lot!! I find that I can get stiff & achy.

Therefore I ensure I get movement in many forms throughout the day, from gentle movement, stretching to lubricate my joints & ease any stiffness, through to more excessive workouts, that elevate my heart & get the blood flowing.

Breathing into the area of tension & using the breath along with stretching,!to release & relax the area that is tight, has been a great tool for me, especially on the days that I don’t have the mojo for a full workout.

Creating a daily movement routines, has supported me in maintaining healthy habits to support my wellness
