Tips to Sleep Well

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is sleep

A good night sleep is vital, we must turn off to rest & recoup

Here are my tips to obtaining a good night sleep

⁃ put down your phone a couple of hours before you go to bed

⁃ Eat your meal 2+ hours prior to heading to bed

⁃ Have a window open for a cool & fresh bedroom

⁃ Make sure your room is dark

⁃ Yoga or ChiGong can really help you gently flow into a good night sleep

⁃ Meditation & breath work to bring you into a state of calm & relax

Improve your sleep & you will improve your life
