Delicious Smoked Mackeral Pate with Dill

I had been hankering for some smoked mackerel pate, & thought rather than buying a pot, I’ll have a go at making my own.

It was so damn delicious, I thought I would share it with you.

What you need

1 packet of smoked macketsl

1 packet of cream cheese

A bunch of dill

1/2 lemon

Salt & Pepper

How to make it

Take the ski off the macketal

Pop the mackerel, cream cheese, chopped up dill, lemon juice & zest into a blender

Blitz it all up til nice & smooth, season to tasye

Place in a bowl & serve with some baked sour dough

Enjoy
