Golden Milk Recipe

On a cold, chilly day there’s nothing better than a warm, healing cup of Golden Milk

This delicious drink has numerous health benefits from reducing inflammation, boosting the immune system, increasing your memory & improving your mood

What you need

1 cup of hazelnut milk

Tsp of turmeric

Tsp cinnamon

Tsp ground ginger

Squeeze of honey or maple syrup

Method

Pop all ingredients into a pan

Allow to dinner for 20 minutes

Pour into cup
